I just don't use them. First is the 23/2 including the hood.  Like new, bought from an RFF member and used very little.  $400 includes Paypal and Shipping to Conus.  

 

Next is the 27/2.8 pancake.  Makes your X-E nearly a pocket camera.  $240 including Paypal and shipping to Conus.

I agree with back alley on the 27/2.8 lens.  It's small and extremely light and also very sharp.  I'll be using it with my X-E2 when walking the Camino Frances in Spain next month.  Good luck with the sale!

SteveP, I would and unless it's significantly more I wouldn't add any. I've gotten stuff from Canada in the past and don't recall it being a big deal.

I looked up USPS to Canada and the cheapest it gets is $17 and some change and the next level up is $26 +  I'll say add $10 us to the price for Canada as a rough estimate.  No more than $15.
