Description: ***SOLD*** 35mm Summicron v3 ($1025) - The barrel is worn, but the glass is mint with no scratches, haze, fungus or marks. I have three 35mm lenses, and can't justify keeping this one. Serial is #253xxxx

50mm Elmar ($325) - Purchased from a local camera store. There are some minor bright marks at the base of the lens, also some light abrasion marks around the barrel when the lens is extended (see pic). The glass is mint with no scratches, haze, fungus or marks. As expected with this kind of lens, there are some minor specks within the elements, but it does not affect the image quality. See my flickr page for phots taken with this lens: http://www.flickr.com/photos/cpt782/tags/50mmelmar/

Shoot me a PM if you have any further questions, and I'd be happy to answer them.

Price includes shipping charges. CONUS preferred.

the v3 summicron could indeed be one of the unsung heros of the leica lens line, often found with the black paint coming off the barrel but with clean optics just like mine. This lens is great for black and white and gives that all desirable classic look with the added bonus of zero flare in a very compact body. Got to love that.

Man oh man... seriously thinking about snapping up that lens.

I want a summicron so bad...

only thing that slightly worries me is the extra long focus throw.

Man, I'd love to get a Summicron 35, not sure about the price though.

Hmm...it sounds like I might have overpaid for this lens. I'm not sure what the going market rate is, but I just lowered the price to $1025.
