1957 Porsche Speedster, purchased by a young American airman and his wife in Germany in 1957 directly from the factory. They toured
most of Europe in it for a couple of years then moved back to the states, started a family and sold the car to a another young man who promptly wrapped it around a tree.
Sad but true.

This shot was among several slides given to me by the original owner of the car, and used here with her permission.
