Heads of State also Photographers?

This being an election year in the US and in several other countries around the globe I was wondering if any Heads of State have also been avid photographers?

I can't think of any US presidents off hand. I seem to recall there was a First Lady photographer - can't remember who though.

Is anyone aware of a world leader was / is a photographer as well? If so, did they shoot a rangefinder?

Dmitry Medvedev seems to be an avid photographer.

Nikita Kruschev was sometimes seen with a 6x6 SLR in the 'sixties. Despite considerable discussion in the photo press, I don't believe that it was established whether it was a Hasselblad or an early version of the Zenith rollfilm SLR. He was also believed to be a keen user of the Photosniper kit, according to this Camerapedia entry.

I've been reading The President's Photographer and watching the accompanying documentary, so this thread caught my attention.

When I was in Thailand a few years ago, I saw many photos of their King holding a Canon dSLR.
