Decisive Challenge Voting Now Open. Please vote!

The voting is now open for the 2010 Decisive Challenge (which took place November 14th). Voting will close at midnight Pacific Time on Sunday December 12th. Winners will be announced on December 15th.

This thread is for Voting Only please. Comments on the challenge can be made on the challenge announcement page or you can PM me if there's an issue.

Where can I see the images?
You can view the gallery to make your picks at this location:
http://gallery.me.com/kdemas#100021&...or=black&sel=4

To see larger version & for iPad users (with a very basic interface):
http://homepage.mac.com/kdemas/challenge_iphoto/

How do I vote?

You will place your votes in this thread. You must select your top 3 photos, in order of preference. That means that #1 is your favorite, #2 is your second favorite, #3 is your 3rd favorite. Please use the following format when selecting:

1. Photo Name
2. Photo Name
3. Photo Name

An example might be:
1. Urban Warfare
2. Lightning in a Bottle
3. Old Man Spits

One other rule... No voting for your own images. I think this presents a much cleaner competition and adds to the fun a bit. It's the honor system on this one, I'm not going to be checking when tabulating results.

I am going to be changing the order of photos on the gallery page on occasion to make the voting as fair as possible. Please make sure you take a look at all the photos before voting.

Enjoy and thank you to everyone who participated in a terrific day!

Kent

1/ untitled no.2
2/ untitled no.1
3/ sightseeing (although I really think that it should be called Mark of the Devil, for good measure)

Why?
1/ the Light! The frozen motion! The high contrast! Surreal! Sublime!
2/ that young girls face really comes off the picture! As if tones are radically diffrent from the rest of the shot!
3/ well framed and toned, but the mans hand, and the Black Sabbath poster in the back!

Great shots, really wish I had paid more attention to the thread when the project still was on, I might have joined...

Kent,
I'm viewing the image viewing area on my iPad. For some reason your MobileMe gallery doesn't let one to see any images past #18 or so!?

iPad users

If you are using an iPad please use the following link to evaluate the entries:

http://homepage.mac.com/kdemas/challenge_iphoto/

The MobileMe site version (first link provided) does not make it easy to scroll the images on the right side. If you have voted and you used an iPad to review images I'd click the link above to make sure you didn't miss any favorites.

Another workaround for iPad users:
In addition to the solution above you can select an image on the page in question, then tap the large version of the image. You will be in a new interface with arrows at the bottom and you can view all the images from there.

Please make any further comments on this issue via the Decisive Challenge link at the top of this thread. This thread is for voting only.

Thanks to William for discovering this issue!

Kent
