Barely resisting buying the NEX. A really good sensor and a familiar crop factor with my RF lenses make it super attractive. Holding off because it continues to drop in price, it needs a good normal prime lens, and the NEX 7 looms ahead. Probably will go for it in '11.

Nothing, resistance is futile.

I successfully resisted buying into any of the current mirrorless systems in favour of shooting 100% film. None of them offer what, to me, is a usable camera body that matches my shooting style, so I've been registering my displeasure with my wallet.

Year of low GAS to me... but then, I didn't resist anything. When I wanted to try a Nikon RF, I bought one. When I got thinking about the M5, I bought one. Other things are just too outrageously expensive (M8 and M9) or too unnecessary to me.

I have resisted buying the Sony 70-400 lens for my a850. I only resisted it because I spent all my money on Mamiya 6, Pentax 67 and Sony Nex.
I don't think I was that good at resisting

I resisted buying a 75mm for my mamiya 6 (so far). the 50 is sufficient and the 150 is a good option for a different perspective (yes it's sufficient yes it's sufficient yes it's sufficient yes it's sufficient yes it's sufficient.)

I also resisted buying another plane ticket to somewhere every 2 weeks. that and I couldn't afford it.

5D II, Pentax K-5, NEX-5, Contax N1, Contax 645 (that one was hard). I think I'll wait some time before I buy any digital camera, same with MF. I'm still getting to know my M4 (my first RF) so I'll be using that camera almost exclusively for some time. The 10D might tag along sometimes, and maybe another film camera if I need two bodies, but I'll use the Leica most of the time.
I've got serious CAS (car acquisition syndrome) for a 29-31 Ford Model A to make into a rat rod/old-style hot rod, or an early 40's Chevy to cruise in style, so I'll have to resist buying gear to buy a ride. The good thing is that I can do most of the work myself, so it shouldn't be expensive

An M3. I'd love to own a single-stroke model. But I put $$$ into getting my M2 and IIIc CLA'd, and they work so well now my M3 lust has cooled.

Resisted?!

That's for weak minds...

You can visualise what you want, take your credit card and maybe, I did say maybe, make it appear within a short to long time lapse... You have to use the faith... or the force... Whatever ...

I resisted to buy:
- Leica M4 (or M6)
- Contax G2
- Hexar AF
- Contax T3 (OK, nearly bought one)

I bought:
- Mamiya M6 + 50, 75 and 150 (why did it took so long, it is amazing)
- Konica Auto S3 (let's see what comes out of it, but it is so nice)
- Fuji Silvi Zoom f2.8 (may sell again)

I sold:
- Bessa R3A (we did not match, somehow)
- Jupiter J3
- Rolleiflex T (after 100 rolls and CLA, I miss it ... )

******

My wife is not impressed with the balance in total somehow ...

Don't think I will be able to resist the X100 when it is available next year. Did resist the M9 this year though and bought 5D11 + 3 L lenses instead.

I have been resisting a couple of Kodak Ektra 35mm RF's / lenses / backs that I know of...

Price is fair, but still not insignificant....

The Ektra is my present GAS "itch"...

I have resisted buying an M4. Mainly because I do not have any lenses to use with it yet. I will continue to use my Nikon bodies and my Yashica for now.

An OM2S. I've been hearing negative comments from this camera like battery drain and annoying mirror slap sound but also praises from the OM diehards...

I'm still curious on it... like I'm prolonging the inevitable
