Ilford Delta 400 in HC110 Dil B

I got a box of 50 rolls of Ilford Delta 400. I souped it in HC110. I got this shot with my Nikon FM3A with Nikkor 105mm f2.5. Anyone have a favorite developer or dilution for souping this film?

I think you should stick with this developer. What's wrong with what you have here? EI, development time and agitation are more important than the developer.

While I do like the tonality. I think the grain maybe a bit much for my taste. I agitated for the first minute and 5 inversions every minute there after. I think I will try for 30 seconds the first minute and 3 inversions every minute there after. Any suggestions?

I love Xtol. I just didn't have any on hand. I also like DDX. I have been trying to use what I have. I have Rodinal, HC110 and Tmax RS. I didn't see any development time for Tmax RS on th Massive Development chart which would have given finer grain. Thanks for the suggestions though.
