There is a Fuji GS645 with a current bid of $370.76 on evil bay. Isn't that kinda crazy high????

Any fair price is a matter of condition, and whether the seller has enough reputation to give his claims to the same any weight - it would be cheap if it were unused in original package or freshly overhauled by a known expert.

What's crazy high is the price of the new 667 Fuji folder, IMO.

ha ha ha.... that is true. I may be off base regarding the gs645, but I thought that was kinda high. But if its in excellent shape it may be right on the money....

That, often, is the problem with the GS645. It was a great notion but many on the market appear to be there because they don't work so well anymore.

I am content with my GL690 with its fantastic 100mm 3.5 AE lens. It is hard to imporve upon such a lens.

Expect to pay around $500 for a clean working GS645 folder with new bellows.

Hi Chris, yes, I figured that out when I lost out on the one on evil bay last night. I could only go to $475 and the winner got ti around 478 or so..... The big G690 cameras are vaery nice but wouldnt get taken out and about as much as a smaller GS or GA645 camera. I will continue my search.....

You are right, I probably worded the title wrong, as the one on e-bay looked to be in excellent condition and would have been a fine addition to anyones camera bag. I bid on it myself up to the very end and lost . But I will keep my eyes open and maybe be lucky and snag a good one......
