Balda Super Baldax Loading Question

I just received a beautiful Balda Super Baldax & I'm anxious to go out & give it a try. What is the correct sequence of events that one must do to properly load & advance film in a Balda? I kmow there is a small counter lever & I heard you need to rotate the winding knob clockwise then counterclockwise...or is the other way around?

Can any Balda users out there help? Thanks!!!

I went to Certo6' site & tried it but when I push the small tab & wind, it still only winds one frame worth. Then I have to wind counterclockwise & wind again, etc until the #1 comes up in the red window.Am I still doing something wrong or could the tab not be disengaging something internally?

Once I do get to #1 & start taking pictures, everything works fine...cock shutter, fire shutter, turn counterclockwise, turn clockwise, cock shutter, fire shutter, etc. After 12 exposures, the winding knob will still only rotate about 1 frame.

As far as i know the little tab has only 1 function. When you push it to the right and rotate the winderknob counterclockwise it resets the framecounter to 1.

My Hapo 66E which (probably) has the same filmtransport mechanism behaves the same as your Super Baldax. Even when frame 12 is reached you must turn the winderknob ccw and cw again and again until the film is completly transfered to the pick-up spool.

Thanks for this! Even though it's in German, it helped a great deal. It seems the trick is to turn the winding knob in a counterclockwise & clockwise in a ratchet winding sequence (like winding a watch)

Now on to some real shooting!!

Thanks for your nice set of pics on the Baldix DEP mechanism Hanskerensky.
My Baldix arrived through the post yesterday complete with instructions booklet, hood and filters. I love to see the innards of my cameras and understand how they work. Plus it's good to know what to expect before taking the top off...Should that be needed some day. Everything is working fine on mine. A first roll will soon go though it. Thinking of the booklet, they mention a watch winding movement to advance the film to 1st frame after loading. I'm old enough to have wound many watches, so I know the move, and that's just what is required, but younger people used to quartz watches might be slightly puzzled...;-)
