Needed: Good PS tutorial

As is obvious from the attachment, my Photoshop skills are nearly non-existant. Anyone know of a good, free online tutorial that can show me what I need to do to make this neg scan look better?

Thanks,

William

if it's a matter of not enough contrast, you can teach yourself how the Brightness/Contrast control works by keeping the "Preview" option selected.. same for the Levels control.. or the Shadow/Highlight control
