Film processing in London question

Hi fellow Londoners (or Brits),
I was wondering where do you get your E6 reversal film and B&W developed in the UK, Jessops are expensive and ssssllllloooowwwwww and the pro labs in soho, while being very fast and normally okish in terms of quality are very expensive - £8-£10 per roll which when including the cost of film does add up very quickly...
SO, where would you recommend I process my B&W and E6 where quality rules and where I wouldn't break the bank?

Cheers!

If you look at the back of a photography magazine such as Black and White Photography you'll find several adverts for specialist film processers for both E6 and monochrome. I use The Darkroom in Cheltenham who have been very quick, reasonably priced, high quality and a very fast postal service.

Others will have recommendations of their own - there's quite a wide choice out there and there are some older posts that suggest several alternatives.

I haven't tried them yet but www.genieimaging.co.uk looks like a good bet

Try Peak Imaging (http://www.peak-imaging.co.uk/). Base price for E-6 processing, mounted, is currently £5.90 per roll. They offer pretty good discounts for multiple rolls, too. I usually wait until I have a cache of several rolls built up, in order to earn the discount (and save on postage).

The quality of service is excellent, and you'll normally have your film back within a week of sending it off to them. I'm well pleased with their work, and use them regularly (since the utterly lamentable demise of dlab7.com's brilliant E-6 service).
