M6 lightmeter

I got my set up ready:

now what ISO does the light meter uses to read the light ? is it changeable with the dial on the back door ?

What Hans means is that you have to tell the light meter the sensitivity of the film you are using. This is done by rotating the dial until the arrow or pointer is at the correct ISO.
