Price of Leica M8.2

Reputed Hong Kong sellers will give it to you for usd 5.100. Reputed North American sellers will give it to you for usd 5.995 What is the difference? I assume it is related to warranty issues but then again, the HK sellers include full factory warranty....?

Difference has mainly to do with sales taxes, import duties and other costs.

I paid $4395 for mine but I'm not saying now...

Mine was swapped with an M8 by Leica Solms because they couldn't repair the M8, so actually paid the M8 price...
