CLE - missing element/ casing

Hello!

I've encountered little problem with my CLE. Previous owner lost one element - metal ring situated around rewind knob. Camera is working perfectly, but some electronic elements are now revealed. During bad weather it will be dangerous since cle is fully electronic; one waterdrop may be deadly. Adventure begins - where (and how!) can i find something similiar for replacement? Original parts are rather inaccesible... any ideas? Ring is probably too small and sophisticated for machining new, custom one. Do you have experience with case like this one?

(or maybe someone's interested in selling this 'ring'?)

I think it's quite common with CLE's. Don't really know if it's a problem.

Hmm, you think so? Yes, in fact it is not big pain, but i would still prefer to get this part. Even if it's not vital. Lets think about it in meanings of perfection and/or being happy customer
