Fuji GX670 how is the camera/fixed lens?

I didn't turn up anything in the search, is there a general opinion on this medium format rangefinder? Thanks

I've never heard of the GX670. There's a GX680, but that's not a rangefinder, it's an SLR. There is a G690 and a GL690 and GW690 (and 670), but I do not know of a GX670. All are fixed-lens rangefinders except the GX680, which is a medium format SLR.

G690/GL690 were interchangeable lens 6x9 rangefinders from what I remember, the GW/GSW models were the fixed lens RF's, (made in 6x7, 6x9, and at least one in 6x8) and are more recent.

but yea, I definitely don't remember a GX ?? aside from the HUGE GX680 series SLR's (with full front movements...!)

Possibly he may have meant the GF670 which Fuji showed (I believe) at PMA 2008. I believe it's now being marketed as the Voigtländer Bessa III.

In that case, I can only guess that the lens is excellent. Of course, I can't think of a single lens Fuji has ever made that wasn't excellent. I'm certainly please with my G690 lenses, and they're not exactly new.

But I don't think too many people have had access to the new folder yet to assess its capabilities.
