Not your usual point-n-shoot camera!

Just for fun I've cropped to show the date and exposure data the camera prints on the edge of the negative outside the image area - pretty clever! Can I call this exif data?

Does anyone else use this camera as a point-n-shoot?

Great photos Chris... I too might be heading to Bateman's Bay this coming weekend.

Cool, Chris, I was thinking about this camera but I wonder if the wide-lens (60mm, right?) is capable of rendering shallower DOF or not.

I mean I know this is a point-'n-shoot camera, but with that big negative, I still should be able to get some nice MF-look, shouldn't I?

I think so - you have control over aperture (AE auto) plus full manual control if you want it.

Here's f/4 at 1/10, hand-held. Minor perspective crop in PS to bring the right-hand wall vertical.
