my small input ..

Think the quickest answer is google ..

Was in Amsterdam for a few days not so long ago, and did not see that many places wich had decent rangefinder gear.
Found one place, but did not agree with the owner about the facts of the 2nd hand leica gear, neither the prices or the gradings of the gear.
Might just be me . .
saw lots of places that had dlsr and point & shoot digicams.

About the lens, I can not recommend it enough
Had mine for two years now and its addictive.
Good quality and all that

Ike, buy it elsewhere. Prices for camera equipment in Europe are very high compared to what you can get if shopping at, say, B&H. Since you're a carioca, check the website of that store and you'll find they have a special site for "nossos amigos brazileiros" there.

That, or contact Steven at www.cameraquest.com (our head bartender, and ultrasponsor of RFF).

Take care!

I live in Amsterdam. It's NOT a place for rangefinder shopping. I buy all my gear on interwebs or fleamarkets when I travel.
But if you're PRESSED to get something in Amsterdam go to Haarlemmerstraat. There are two shops there, one at the end (towards Haarlemerplein), don't remember what it's called, but it's got a big Leica sign hanging out. Another one sells lots of second-hand gear, including RF, but I always discourage people from going there just because the owner is the biggest oppinionated arogant pr..k. Not just my oppinion, pretty much everyone that's been there swears not to go there again. But he's got some nice gear in the window. It's close to Greenhouse coffeeshop (not the one where you buy coffee ) Not cheap.

Then there's a shop near Leidseplein, main street after Spiegelgracht that sells (very expensive) selected rangefinder gear. Absolutely not worth the visit unless you want to do a couple of minutes windowshopping.

But yeah, why would you buy in bricknmortar shops for extortionate prices when you've got all you need on the internets? Amsterdam RF shopping - just forget about it.

hehe, think the bussinesscard i got in Amsterdam says harlemmerstraat
The name of the store is janssen, They had lots of gear, quite a lot, but expensive.
Think he disliked that I said the focusing on the summicron was way too stiff and needed cla or at least 100€ in discount . . . . but then again maybe is favorite football team had lost the evening before ?

The problem is that i don't have enough time to buy a a 35mm in internet and wait for it arrive in Brazil. I'm going in 12/25 to Amsterdam and Paris just with a 50mm. Sorry my wife is going too :-)

vha - that's him! The Janssen guy! Arrogant b..ard! Really, he has some nice stuff (expensive) but it's impossible to talk to the guy because he treats you like a noob or an enemy of photogear in general.

Ike - if that's the case then Leica-sign shop end of Haarlemerstraat is the best I could recomend. They've got Zeiss and Leica gear, but not so much CV.

I look in one, - straight across from the train station, and turn right.....lots of Leica and Hasselblad stuff, but when I asked about Voigtlander, the young assistant turned up his nose, and said - ' they are cheap plastic cameras - we don't touch them!'

Cheers, Dave.
