Zeiss Contax Forum for the classic Zeiss Contax I, II, III, IIa, IIIa , G series, and if you want to push it, the nice Contax point and shoots. Some spill over from the Kievs, the Soviet copy of the Contax II/III can also be expected. Plus the ONLY production camera ever made in classic Zeiss Contax Rangefinder mount WITH TTL metering ... the Voigtlander Bessa R2C.

Anyone have Contax 1 instructions?

I have a set of instructions for the Contax 1 on CD, but unfortunately, they are in German. I would be interested in getting a scan or photocopy of the English instructions if anyone has them available. Thanks.

I do not have an English instruction booklet, (sorry), but I am searching for one in English or German. Are you able to copy your CD and send me? Or give me the address from where you obtained it. Please contact me: reidar.lona@c2i.net

If the german copy is good, my father is a technical translater. Can't remember his fees per 1000 words, but I may be able to help around the house if the book isn't too big.

In return, I'd like Leica-I, and Contax-II manuals

(or some money )

Edit: send me a pm if you wanna sort something out dex.
