One Pixel error on rd1 display

Angry One Pixel error on rd1 display

Hi all RD1 Lovers,

i saw a little problem with my new /old Rd1.
There is a Pixel Error on the Display Screen, only one white one, but it dont looks good :-) if you understand.
Is there something do do, or must i except that,or pay much for shipping to usa and repair ( new Display ) Any Change do do somthing / do repair it in Europe ?

Did you try the hot pixel correction of the firmware update?

Is the error in the sensor or in the display? If it's in the sensor, you should see it in all pix. If in the display, you won't see it in any pix. If it's just in the display, it's your call as to whether or not you can live with it, since it won't affect picture quality at all.

If it's just on the display, who cares? If it's on your photographs because its a problem with the sensor, I can understand that being a annoying. Though really, that's also easy to fix with photoshop. I can understand the frustration if it's a sensor problem though.

Make sure you have the new firmware in case it's a hot pixel.

thanks all, i have got the new firmware with hotpixel correction, yes. But it is only the display, i know its no problem at all, but i would be better without :-)
Pictures are all fine !
