Cleveland Photorama Show Sunday Oct. 19

At Richfield again, this one is Photorama, run by Sam Vinegar. Not too many shows in Cleveland, so expect a small show, but good stuff comes in, take a look for that special piece you have been looking for.

Quality Inn in Richfield, on Rt. 21 South of the Turnpike near I 77, 4742 Brecksville Rd.

Old cameras, and old dealers, Igor will have some RF's for sure, Mark at the last show had 6 Pen F's and glass, good estate materials, I know Igor just picked up some great Canon RF glass. Sam sells old photos, up to the civil war, he may have taken them. ;-)

$2 for students-- check www.Photorama.com for more details, maybe you can get a $1 off.

Regards, John

I have just heard there will more than likely be an RD 1 and an M8 for sale at the show, along with a lot of classic glass.

If you are a RFF member, try to introduce yourself to Igor, and I should be floating about unless I am having a beer with Art Smock. Art is a great source for LF information and trades, I think he is still looking for an 11x14, and I know he has coated his own glass plates, and if he has a table, he often has a bunch of Fixed RF's for give away prices. ;-)

There may be film asl well.

John

Anyone make the show? Lots of good walk ins, guy brought in a Leica set, and another a totally mint Rollei with 2.8 Planar, case, prism, -- looked new. Odds and ends from several estates, and a half frame FM10. Lots of LTM, some really nice IIIf's still available for reasonable and looks as if Canon RF's are up in price.

Guy had several minty C330's and lenses, and a Bronica and three lenses walked in.

Darkroom stuff as well, and a very nice Linhof light rail camera.

John
