Zeiss Planar 50/2

I got it as a bargain, used without the front cap or shade or envelope.
also I got a Bessa R2 (with the exposimeter stuck when it goes in underexp, but it's another story)

i got some shots in some situations, day light, dim light lowlight.

I'm pretty impressed for the results, it's my first experience with a rangefinder (excluding Olympus XA).

photos are self developed and scanned.

here are the best results:

strong low light

The shots are not bad, considering the lighting. You should check the focus accuracy from a short distance - shoot a diagonally placed ruler from about 1 meter, and see if you don't have any issues - your photos don't really look Planar sharp - maybe because of slow shutter speed, but maybe also because of some slight misfocusing...

This is an example of a Planar rendering:

ahah, funny shot.

i don't know, maybe the scan isn't perfect.
also think that i kept the aperture as close as max aperture as possible.

mfogiel, what a great shot! I'm sure that guy will not be happy to know that picture is roaming around the internet.

Matteo, nice work; my compliments.
