My M8 is off for repairs right now. So most of my shooting is happening with the D700 right now.

Al,
I cheated! I used FUJI Pro 800z rated at 640, post processed with Alien skin FUJI Neopan profile in CS4.
I rarely shoot b&w because of getting it processed.
All my b&w shots are converted from either Reala, Superia or 800z colour film using the Neopan profile. I also use it for converting my digital D700 shots,
regards john

Paul, I love that last picture - very 'Chandleresque' / B movie, lovely stuff
Here is a small one of my own from a couple of years ago - attempting to get that feel:
It would appear we have the same 'slant' or at least the shades do!
Thank you
Al

Zebras
This anaglyph of zebras was taken at the B. Bryan Preserve on August 2, 2010 with dual Olympus E-410 DLSRs with Zuiko 14-42mm lenses using a simultaneous trigger circuit I built. It requires Red on the left - cyan on the right 3D glasses to view.

I picked up the Sigma 50mm f/1.4 and really like it so far.
