28mm lens with R3 finder

Can anyone tell me if the full frame of the R3 approximates anywhere near a 28mm lens? In other words, could a 28mm lens be used with the R3 without using a seperate viewfinder?

(Edit)

What I meant to say was R2A, not R3, but I guess the question stands anyway. Could the 28mm be used with either the R2A or R3A without resorting to a seperate viewfinder?

Thanks.

no. eye relief isn't that good.... oh, just read the edit. my "no" is about the r3 which has rather tight (ehh, bad) eye relief for the 40mm frame lines. a 28 is miles wider.. this is of course only my opinion but then i've always managed to get along with aux finders, so haven't seen a good reason to not use one

haven't looked through an r2 finder, so can't say about them
