What should a Rollei CLA include?

Hi guys!
As you can see in the bottom of this page I'm a new owner of a lovely Rollei, with Schneider Xenotar 75/3.5.

I bought it for about 250USD in Buenos Aires and used it extensively during a trip in Argentina and Bolivia, despite the fact that I didn't even touch a 120mm film before.

You can look on some results in the following links. Roll down to see all of them, click to enlarge and ignore the Gibrish fonts if you have them:

The camera needs some service, and I was lucky to find a local technician who is supposed to be good, reliable and not expensive. He's over 80 (retired, works at home for his pleasure) has lifetime experience with cameras and even holds the original technician Rollei handbooks in German.

He is going to the following things:
1) Align the focus. The camera has a slight misalignment between the lenses which results in front focus. I understood it's a common problem and rather easily fixed.

2) Adjust all speeds

3) Take care of the film counter problem which is not completely solved, but compeltely diagnosed

4) Try make the screen a bit brighter. By a good chance I'll replace the screen anyway.

I love this camera and intend to use it extensively with no worries. So I asked him for a "CLA". He said that he doesn't know what the term CLA means, and taking the camera apart and re-assembling it is not reasonable. So I should tell him exactly what I want him to do and he'll do it.

So, what else should I ask him to do? Suggestions would be welcome

BTW, it's a spectacular machine

My recent Rollei repair (october 2007) on a 3.5 F Planar included:
Shutter CLA (all speeds were all over the place)
Straightening film back
Focus relube
Focus screen re-fixing (was almost falling off), focus tracking adjustment
Replacement of the back retaining pin
Film wind/shutter cocking clean and relube (was like coffee grinder)

and it cost me 280 euro. By the way the camera I've bought as "fully functional, with cosmetic issues).
This was in the Netherlands, by a former Rollei technician with a reasonable reputation. Took about a month from sending out till receiving it back.

Thanks Pherdinand!
My film counter is already fixed. The technician is going to adjust/clear/lub the shutter speeds and focus and also clear the lens. I think that's enough since the camera works well besides it and I already shot 18 rolls through it.

Hope it'll be fixed soon, and when I get the focusing screen.
Thanks
Assaf

Set the shutter wide open and the speed on B -- look through the lens to see if it might need cleaning inside. If so, I would ask him to do that also.
