Photoshop Express claims your photos

Adobe can claim your photos and make money with them, if you upload photos with the Photoshop Express online application, and make them public. This is said by a legal specialist that studied the Terms of Use of the new Photoshop Express product. According to this article (Dutch) Adobe acknowledges theses observations, and is trying to improve the legal text.

Seems like most online galleries won't guarantee your photos will remain your own. To me, the response should be obvious...
