Lightbulb B+W UV/IR cut filter (486) for film

I just bought a nokton 35/1.4 (sc). it came with a B+W UV/IR cut filter (486) I only shoot film (b&w, color) I wonder if this filter is what I need . should I get the normal filter like B+W uv filter. since the IR cut filter is for digital camers. does it cause some effect on color and b&w films?

thanks a lot .

The lens may be wide enough that you could see cyan-colored corners on your film frame if you shoot wide-open. This is often corrected digitally (e.g. in-camera or with Photoshop).

If you want an MRC UV filter replacement, let me know (if I have the correct filter size)
