Optics and Lenses - This forum is aimed towards the TECHNICAL side of photographic OPTICS and LENSES. There will be some overlap by camera/manufacturer, but this forum is for the heavy duty tech discussions. This is NOT the place to discuss a specific lens or lens line, do that in the appropriate forum. This is the forum to discuss optics or lenses in general, to learn about the tech behind the lenses and images. IF you have a question about a specific lens, post it in the forum about that type of camera, NOT HERE.

35mm Combo: What could I ask for it?

I have a very clean Summicron 35mm/2 version 1 with goggles. It had only one previous owner who bought the lens when he was stationed in Germany. The lens is near mint [in my opinion]. It is hardly used. It comes with the original box. I also have a mint 35mm Brightline Leica viewer. It is the original first one that is yet unsurpassed.

I am now for the first time interested in selling this set. Could you give me an idea for how much I could sell this set.

I was once offered $400 for the 35mm viewer.

Raid, I don't see why anyone who takes the goggled Summicron will want the SBLOO as well.

This is a good point; I just want to replace both items. Maybe they should be then sold separately. Thanks.
