Canon Prices at Swap

I was at the Vancouver Camera Swap yesterday. There were 2 Canon RF bodies there: a P and a VT (I think). They were in very nice condition, but the seller wanted $800 and $900 for them. Boo.

So someone else marvels at the "bargains" offered by KevinsCameras? Whenever I see one of their items for sale and look at the price, all I can do is shake my head.

Did they sell? If they didn't, the asking price was somewhat academic.

I have to admit a certain pecuniary interest: I own a P and a VI-T, and who knows, someday I might want to sell them. If I did, I'd love to get "ridiculous" prices for them.

In fact, if I couldn't get ridiculous prices for them, I'd just as soon hang onto them. Maybe that's what the Vancouver seller was doing: "Honest, dear, I TRIED to sell them, but nobody would take them!"

Yes...I think the P went. He said it was a 7 and he wanted $700. He also said it was one of four so I guess you get them mixed up when you have that many.

Has that happened to you Joe? hehehe
