Horizon Model 120

Anybody had any experence with the Horizon Model 950. It's 35mm with only two shutter speeds Day or Night and is very inexpensive I was told the image quality was very good. Please Advise. Thanks Brince

Here's a bit of internet lore concerning your Horizon:

mrb, thanks for the info, but this 202 doesn't look like the 950 other than there both swing lens. The 950 is really a very basic pano camera. Thats why I was questioning it's image quality.

I think the basic problem with the Horizon is not image quality, it's quality control. There are stories out there in cyberspace about people having to return 2 or 3 Horizons before they got one that worked. The main complaint appears to be cogging: the lens does not move smoothly across, it moves in little jumps that leave banding problems on the image.

This is what I have gathered from reading.
