I really hate to be a pian in yall's A$$, but I cannot upload an image into the member galleries. I can upload one here, but not there. I get an error message that the image type is not supported!
Any ideas????

have you logged onto the gallery site with your name and password?

What program do you use to edit/save the photos before you load them to the internet?

Photoshop 7.0, for instance, caused a lot of people some headache as the standard format that it uses to save images is not supported by certain browser versions.

Try to save your photo using an option like "Save for the Web" or something equivalent and then load that version.

just uploaded the picture and deleted it as well. Try the following:

right click on the picture here then save it to your computer.
upload the picture you just saved to the gallery and see if that works.

I appreciate your help, but that didn't work either. I use ps 7, CS on both a Mac and a PC and still cannot upload an image. It is weird that I can upload one here, but not in the gallery????

I upload mine as jpg and have no problems. HTH John

Try saving your photo through anything but PS 7.0 and then try to load the image. If that works - then atleast you've narrowed down the problem.
