Slower films are less affected by cosmic rays that tend to fog fast films over time. I bulk-loaded Ilford XP1 and Pan-F in Oct 1983, used some and then set photography aside for a while. In the past few years I've used some of this film, kept in the refrigerator all this time, and it's been fine. Hopefully your Agfapan 25 is too, after much less time.
For what it's worth, some of my bulk loads have used those nice snap-cap Agfa cassettes that still bear their Agfa IsopanFF labels.
