Lucky again

I am knocking on wood, and I may just go against my inclinations to the opposite and wear green tomorrow to keep my luck.

My Canon 50/1.2 arrived today. The apeture ring is pretty stiff, but she looks pretty clean. And, I had quite a surprise. It was a good news bad news situation when I took off the rear cap. First the bad news, it looked like there was 6 months of dust bunnies in the rear cap when I took it off. I couldn't believe it. I brushed off the fuzz and carefully cleaned the rear element and found it in decent shape. Then I realized that the rear cap was an M cap. The good news is that along with the lens the seller sent a like new CV LTM to M adaptor. All of a sudden my good deal on this lens became a great one. I think the apeture ring needs to be addressed, so a CLA is in order, but that will leave me with another nice user Canon 50mm lens.

What a hunk of glass too. Can you guess which one is the 1.2 in the pictures?

Looks like you will need a new body Ralph. Four lenses on one body means lots of lens-swapping, don't you think?
