Using AF lock on the Fuji Natura S

Hi,
I have a Fuji Natura S Black, and would love to know if there's some way it can be programmed to use AF lock. Unfortunately, the manual's in Japanese, and Google hasn't been very helpful.
Could someone let me know if this is possible, and perhaps talk me through it?
