I posted this previously but got no response so am trying once again. TIA.
Can the lens hood (Bay ll ) be attached directly to a Rolleinar 2 for Bay ll on a 3.5F ?

I can answer for bay1, the hood uses the outer bay the filters the inner so they dont interfere with one another. I allways have to remove the hood to fit or remove filters. BayII should be same.

xmas is right - the hood has a seperate outer bayonet, the filters use an inner bay. So the hood cannot attach directly to the rolleinar.

Correct. I love the Rollei bayonet system (too bad there are no inexpensive Bay II and Bay III substitutes, since they can get pricey!).
