Ilford Pan 100 or Pan100

Has anyone tried this film? I just found out about it. Apparently it is not normally distributed in the US. Has reduced red sensitivity.

The general description actually sounds a lot like the old Verichrome Pan.

I found a couple rolls in the Budapest, Hungary airport about 6 years ago. I like it. Examples here:

Did you find a source in the US?

Yes.

Freestyle

http://www.freestylephoto.biz/

has it Pan 100 in 35mm 100 foot rolls for $34.99.

The examples I've seen all look a lot like 35mm versions of Verichrome Pan shots. Also, the description of the film as a wide-latitude amateur film seem to fi the same market profile. I'm thinking of givivng it a try.

I liked it but for that price I'd prefer to get 100' ft rolls of APX100 that are on eBay and such for $23-25 USD.
