35mm pre-asph Focus Ring Loosened?

Hello guys!

I just noticed that the distance scale on my Summicron 35mm IV goes a bit further out then 0.7m (perhaps 5mm more, to the left). The distance scale lines up with the arrow perfectly when I set it on infinity, tough.

I haven't really noticed this before, so what I'm asking you is: Is this normal or is this just something that have I just not been paying attention to before?

Thanks!

PS
I checked the rangefinder at infinity and 3m, and that seems to give out the correct reading. I haven't measured what happens at wierd "0.6m" tough.

Hi, Davor. It's normal; mine is the same and so are some of my other M lenses.
The closest distance for rangefinder coupling is .7m though.
