It's incredible how much the digital rangefinders are now part and parcel of RFF. See the stats for the M8 and the R-D1 fora:

M8: 454 threads - 9,803 posts
R-D1: 942 threads - 10,730 posts

I'd say that digital rangefinders are here to stay! (If they last, that is)

With M8 users returning their cameras and the RD-1 that probably can't be repaired when they fail, unless a third player comes around the future for digital RF looks bleak to me.

At better measure will be what percentage of the photos posted in the Gallery are done with digitals.
