Wink About ready to MP

I've silently enjoyed and learned from this fine place over the past weeks. My mission was to purchase an rf, probably an R2 or 3a.
Along the way I searched out all you have to say, and decided to go with the summicron-M f2/50 due to all the great info I found here and elsewhere about this great lens.
And also due to your great info, and Shutterbugs hot review, what's more fitting than an MP?
Now since this is all on its way to me for Friday delivery, and no doubt my cc has seen the hit already, I WON'T be going to Tuscany any time soon.
But I am going to San Francisco early Feb to a convention, so I'm going to have a great time on the streets there.
Any pointers for photos in San Fran?
Thanks for a great site, and tons of good info.
Don T.

You lucky dog! I would suggest a walk in North Beach with your new MP and Summicron -- Columbus Ave., Washington Square Park, that area -- any cabbie can take you there. Lots of steep streets, narrow alleys, cafes, prime walking territory. Plus there is great food and drink..

Wow, MP + 50 'cron sounds like heaven! You'll want to check your insurance and make sure it's covered. Then relax and enjoy shooting! San Francisco should offer some photo opportunities.
