Here's a shot taken of the fireworks at Disneyland in August of this year. The photo is nothing to brag about but it wasn't hard taking the shot. Taken with a Leica M6 and, as best I can recall, a 90mm Tele-Elmarit wide open (2.8), focus on infinity, and with a fairly low shutter speed (1/30, I'm guessing). A bit of noise in the black tells me that I should have gone for an even slower shutter speed. And I won't even comment on the lousy framing.

These are taken this last summer with my Yashica GT and GSN.

Focus at infinity, F/8 - F/16, B mode.
Hold a piece of black card in front of the lens, open the shutter, and remove the card only when you like the pattern, replace, and repeat (or close the shutter, wind and repeat). Bonus for using a RF - no mirror black-outs. =)

A couple from September at Angel Stadium. I forget what aperture, but they're 1 sec long taken with a 35 'lux
