Anyone ever hear again from Roman

I was going over the names of old RFFers and his came up. I know he left the site out of frustration but I was wondering if he anyone has heard from him. Last time he visited RFF was jan of 06.

Who else do you miss who used to be around? For me, it's Brian Sweeney.

Brian Sweeney and Bill Mattocks. Great contibutors to RFF. They contributed in different ways (technical and philosophical). The site is poorer by their absence.

There was a guy who had the user name HonuHugger or something like that... I loved the shots he used to show of his cameras esp the Contaxes. Quite a while back I think I saw him selling a bunch of nice cameras on ebay.

oh...I exhanged e-mails with Roman about 3-5 months after he left, but nothing since that time.

Cannot explain that either. But you can also quite often find him on APUG where he's as irrepressible and irrascible as ever. Ya' gotta' love the guy (er....that is - so you don't wanna kill him instead!).

Russ, Little red spy, byuphoto. Hicks was chased off, IIRC.

Little red spy = Natalia (she had it changed a while ago)
She's still around I think, but being from New Orleans, there's probably a few more important things right now for her. She posted last in the "Guy or Gal" thread in July.

I still see byuphoto (Rick) & Brian Sweeney over at Nelsonfoto.

Bill Mattocks goes by "Wigwam Jones" over at PNet & Nelsonfoto.

Natalia and her family moved to Charlotte, North Carolina. You can find her website here: http://www.nataliaworthington.com/Na...aphy/Home.html

Her About Me page features a quote by Maitani.

Frank Brian has posted a couple of times on one of my flickr groups. I have noticed Jon Goodman over on Nelson.
