Microtek ArtixScan M1

Perhaps this newly announced scanner will be of interest: http://www.photographyblog.com/index..._artixscan_m1/

What have Microtek scanners been like in the past? I wonder how this will compare to the Epson V700/V750?

I have three Microtek Artixscan scanners, a 4000tf, a 120tf, and a 2400tf which is a combination flatbed and film scanner. I have been relatively pleased with all of them, with the latest Microtek software for them.
