Nice to hear that!
I hope itŽll be the starting point of a nice adventure which is earning your living from picture taking, something not all people could do. My advise: do it, so youŽll never be able to regret of never tried to!

I also started another commercial adventure with photography a few days ago: repairing old cameras. It was a decision taken after a lot of failed attempts of getting a full day employment (you know? at 53 y.o. here you are too old!!). Together with this, IŽm offering restoration work and trading cameras. This way IŽll find enough financial resources to allow me to keep shooting film.

Hope you the best luck!

Ernesto

Congradulations! I was trying to remember what my first paying photo job was and I think it was for a motorcycle related product in the late 70's for magazine placement. To be precise it was my first civilian photo job. I spent a very long year as a photographer in Viet Nam with the 25th Infantry Division in the early 70's.

But as old farts often do, I digress.

Good luck and I hope you exceed the expectations of both your client and yourself.
