at the bottom page of this link is the voigtlander deluxe strap.

can anyone post some links that has the likes of this kind of strap? i mean the ones that has an extra 'tongue ' of leather that goes into the strap lug so as to not scratch the body with the ring.

also, my fed2 is the type that has no strap lugs. i use the half-leather case (with strap) that came with it; but i want to save the case. at the same time, i don't wanna be just holding the camera without any neck or wrist strap....any suggestions?

Take a look at Luigi Crescenza's site at www.leicatime.com

He makes a great neck strap that has For Voigtlander beautifully embossed on the strap pad (the word "For" is written in script).

The strap is beautifully made, and includes the little protective tounges that you mentioned. They are not terribly expensive.

I have dealt with Luigi extensively in the past, and have found him exceptionally congenial and reliable.

The standard Domke Gripper has the kind of lug protector you describe. Around $13 on eBay.
