Pretty jazzy! Wonder if that's a recent paint job, flag, etc. Nice looking anyway! And if it's in as good working condition as claimed, probably a decent price as well.

A buddy of mine, a retired college professor now at the other end of the country, used to wear a thick rubber band on his wrist. He would snap the rubber band to punish himself for being so indelicate as to badmouth liberalism and Democrats.

Maybe I could adopt the rubber band to snap myself back to rational thinking after contemplating yet another camera from eBay... :-D

I bought my Arax modified Kiev60 from Mr. Vartanyan in Feb. this year and will do businesss with him again. If he or his techs(which my be him. not sure) did the work It probably works fine. Certainly easy to ID if it were ever stolen!

While the make over looks good I have to say the Zorki C (or 2C) is one of the most unattractive of all the Soviet RF's, I wont have one in my house! . The designers took the lovely Zorki 1 (Leica II copy) and made the top cover much taller just so they could stuff in the flash socket and internal working. And this model seems to be favoured to make up fake leica's, you see them on ebay from time to time with the metal top and bottom covers polished back to brass and clear coated for a gold look with some sort of snake skin, funny thing is leica never made a camera that looks like the Zorki C (or 2C) ... I guess they have to try and sell them some how...hehehe

I agree with Laika ... the lines of the Zorki C are clunkier than the Zorki 1. But the FED 5B is the clunkiest of all FSU rangefinders in my opinion.
