Happiness is ...

Happiness is having three recent rolls of film developed, ready for scanning tonight, and arriving home to find a parcel with my "new" Elmar 50/2.8 on the back step. And having a free evening.

How was your day?

That's not happiness, Chris... That's nirvana.

Glad you had a nice day!

A nice day is the day I don't have to go out and fight traffic. Tomorrow will be such a day.

Happiness is hanging a print on your office wall and having a co-worker come in, stop, point, and say "ooooohhh, I like that one!"

That is wonderful! Congratulations!! Do tell more...

I am slowly working toward such an event, but it is two or three years away. I have a lot of very hard work to do before then. I'm curious to know if you did all your own development and printing, where you got the frames etc. I don't know anything about this so I have a lot to learn.
