Using Yashica Electro Aux finder for Jupiter-12

I am doing some reading on 35mm finders as I just ordered a J-12 from alex-photo... I know the best bet is probably to get myself a turret finder as it won't be long before I crave a J-11 & 9... Being on a budget (at the moment) it is hard to justify the cost of such a little (but handy) gadget. If shipping from Ukraine wasn't so expensive I'd just get a 35 finder for the time being, but I'd like to explore my options before spending money I don't have right now...

Does anyone have any ideas ? (or a 35mm finder lying around that they wouldn't mind parting with cheaply?)

One option I do have is to make use of my Yashica Electro aux finder for the wide angle lens... I have read that the aux wide angle is ~38mm... Will the finder work ok on my Kiev 4 w/ J-12?

Another question I have is in regard to the Leiz universal finder (VIOOH)... Will this work ok on a Kiev 4?

Sorry, so many questions...

Peter

I believe a numbert of users have done exactly that. 38mm is close enuff to 35.
Having said that, the KMZ 35mm finder is a joy to use and well worth the dollars.

Peter,

I have a Petri Viewfinder which you can see an example of, on Matt Dentons site:

http://homepage.mac.com/mattdenton/p...er_12_ltm.html

It has a wide and a tele markings which are close to 35mm and 85mm. This one is extra, I use another one with my kiev cameras and Jupiter 12.

$10 Plus $2 for shipping. Let me know if you are interested.
