Ha, the sweet irony!

I won a small contest on http://antiquecameras.net/blog.html (see Oct 27 entry).

The picture, which you can see below, was taken with a crummy old Blackberry circa 2007 vintage, complete with scratched lens and plenty of finger smudges --hence the "glow".

I doubt the result would have been much better if I had used the Leica to photograph the semi-competent phone (smart is too strong an adjective) poking out of my bag!



And best of all, the prize money is going to fund $100 worth of film... or maybe I should consider a new cellphone instead

A nice mix of portra 400 in 35 and 120 and the same for XP2.
