Yesterday I went to Hampstead Heath again, with the 50mm Sonnar and a B+W yellow filter. Then, in Silver Efex Pro 2, I tried to edit some of the images to match the B&W film look I had in mind; and the fact that I also had with me the M6 loaded with Delta 100 probably helped (that roll is still in the camera, will be interesting to see how it turns out).

Hopefully I haven't overdone it. It seems dangerously easy to exaggerate things in Silver Efex Pro:

I've only processed a few of the photos that I've shot with the camera at this point, but I do like this snapshot of my wife at dinner on Friday night. Taken with the MS Optical Sonnetar 50mm at f/1.1.

Nice set mate!
Have you tried your Hexanon Dual 21/35 on the MM yet?
Curious your opinion about that camera lens combo.
Cheers!

Thanks Kim, Allen and Andy!
Kim, no definite place and time has been set yet, but let's think about the upcoming weekend!

Andy, that lens has been in the back already a few times and pulled out again in favour of the 35 Hex and another wide lens :-(
It didn't turn out to be with me shooting so far.
I am on a wide angle lens spin currently though and might take it out sooner or later …

Nice shots Sean - that war room shot is interesting - which scale is the model - where is it?

Btw - there is a free iOS app regarding Stanley Kubrick - very advisable to get:
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/kubr...576358629?mt=8

I wish, the still shots form sets would be more and at higher resolution, but nice to see them in any way.

Thank you Dirk. I was lucky. I had focused on the ladies F8 or F11 and this guy rode in front of me. It works. Appreciate your comments.
