I need a 'not sure' option ... I find self analysis too risky!

scenario example :
- if I pour water halfway to an empty glass, then I think it is half full
- then if I drink water halfway from full glass of water, then think it is half empty

now i am confuse, what kind of person I am..

I used to be more of a glass-is-half-empty person, now I'm more balanced.

the cynic would wonder who draks the other half...

while the realist might say that the glass contains half the water needed to make it overflow, or

as benmacphoto suggests - the glass is twice as big as it needs to be....

my answer is that it is not about whether the glass is half full or half empty, it's about who is paying for the next round

Neither. The glass is imaginary, a silly fantasy that distracts sheeple from looking at the real world with the harsh scrutiny it deserves.

Depends what time of night it is and what bar I have fallen into. Generally my glass is half full.

Reminds me of: What if a glass of water was, all of a sudden, literally half empty?

There should be another choice: half empty and certain that someone will either spill the glass or steal it.
