Yep, Youxin is good. He is one of few people that I trust to work on my cameras.

This is first time seeing his face! He's worked on my Barnacks and my trusty M2. I should send him a thank you card or something... Thanks very much for posting.

Sent him a M4 that had issues last year, misalignment, rough film advance, shutter speeds iffy - he had it back to me within days of receiving the body, and the CLA was relatively cheap. Definitely my first choice if I need someone to work on an old body now.

Youxin has CLA'd or repaired my M2, IIIc, and IVSB2. He is great to communicate with, his costs are reasonable, and his turnround times are fast. And if a repair is not quite right, he fixes it promptly. A great guy to deal with, and I heartily recommend him.

Not only is he really dependable and trustworthy, but provides it all at reasonable prices with the fastest turn around time. Why spend $750 and wait 3 months for a cla when youxin can have it done for you in a couple days at under $250

I think there are a few of us here who have had the pleasure of sitting at his kitchen table and watching him work. He is a tremendously kind man, and beyond his great repair work, he is a very interesting and inspiring person. His passion for his work (a side business, I might add) is fully evident when you talk with him.

Youxin Ye did a fabulous job on my 2 M6's and all my leica lenses I sent him early this year. He is very meticulous and communicates promptly. He is never pushy and always give practical and sensible advice on the repairs.

YY did a nice CLA on my M3, about $100 and a turnaround of 4 days. Great great guy. Also my 1st time to see him in picture. I'm a bit afraid of all those screws and small parts on the table though. I'l send him my M2 soon.

He CLA'd and replaced both shutter curtains on my new old M4. Highly recommended.

Great to see him in the flesh, as it were. Thanks for these pictures. He's a hero to me also -- has worked on a IIIc, M2 and M4 for me. He's in my pantheon with Krikor Maralian, Karl Bryan, Greg Weber and Eric Hendricksen.

I concur with everyone on thread, since there's not been a single poor word written here and he made my 1964 M2 into a thing of beauty and utter reliability!
Thanks for putting a face to a name I hold in awe and gratitude!

It's almost silly to add more praise at this point... but please add my glowing recommendation as well. He worked on both my M3s and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service from start to finish.
